How Are You Doing and What Do You Need?
Are you looking for confidential help and support to deal with a personal or emotional issue? Do you suffer from anxiety, stress or depression? Have you had a difficult or traumatic experience? Or do you simply want to make meaningful changes in your life?
How I Can Help
If any of the above applies to you, then I can help. Motivate and Thrive is a confidential and safe private counselling practice, set up to help and support you through challenging times.
My name is Siata and I love working with people to achieve their goals and fulfil their potential. Life can be challenging and change can be difficult, but having the right help and support can make it easier to break free from the things that are holding you back from living well and achieving your goals. I am an Accredited Registered member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and a Registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I work to their high ethical and professional standards.
How We Can Work Together?
I am a qualified counsellor and I work with clients to live well. If you need help to make a change, such as breaking a bad habit, creating good habits or dealing with a range of issues from anxiety to phobia, I can help you to achieve your personal and professional goals. I provide a warm, safe and confidential space for you to explore the issues on your mind and difficult feelings you may be experiencing. I offer an accepting, non-judgemental place where, together, we can work through these challenges, issues and feelings - whatever they may be.
My Experience and How I Work
I have over 20 years of experience working in financial services and risk consulting at a senior level. I decided to change careers at the age of 40 to become a therapist because what enjoyed most about my leadership roles was working with people and helping them to become the best versions of themselves - more of who they truly are. I work in an integrative and person-centred way. This means the relationship with the client and the client’s best interest is at the core of my work. I tailor my approach to meet the specific and unique needs of each client. I work to the high ethical and professional standards of the National Counselling Society.
